Description

Type 120 INOX is a new product, which was manufactured as an upgrade of Type 100, in cases where a folding security door needs to be installed in coastal areas with high humidity. This way we are avoiding the maintenance of slitting shears (crosswise) and zeroing the maintenance cost. Also, the combination of the INOX features and the right color of the structure provide for a particularly high aesthetics design. The minimum width for its installation is 60 mm peripherally.

Operation instructions

Lock:

1. Bring the body of the folding struts inside the channel of the upper rail.
2. Release the supporting latch of the struts and pull the first strut in order to open the folding parts and then place your palm behind the strut that bears the security lock.
3. Smoothly, push the door to the locking point, reassuring that it evenly slides in the entire length of the rails.
4. Push the strut until the locking dowels are incorporated inside the strut.
5. While holding with your palm the back side of the strut for resistance, lock with the key you have already inserted in the lock.

Unlock:

1. Unlock with the key, by placing it in the hole located on the strut that bears the lock, so that the incisions in the base of the key are facing the locking side.
2. Pull the system by placing your palm in the internal spot of the strut that bears the lock and push the folding part towards the direction of the hinges.
3. Secure the struts with the special bolt.
4. Lift the rolling rail and secure it in the body of the struts.
5. Fold the folding part towards the wall.

Maintenance directions

The VIOMETALOUMIN folding products should be cleaned regularly and the moving parts should be lubricated with an oil spray twice a year.
For their cleaning you must use:
1. A brush with soft hair, with which you shall clean the dusty surfaces.
2. With a piece of cloth and a solution of soft soap and water, you thoroughly wash the surfaces, in order to remove any dirt, air pollutants and particles stuck on the metal surfaces. This process should take place 2-3 times a year.
3. The scroll wheel, the lock and the moving parts of the window panel should be lubricated twice a year.
4. In the coastal areas, the systems require a more frequent cleaning and lubrication up to 5-6 times a year.
